PRE-SHREDDERS

The BRAVO pre‑shredder, featuring horizontal counter‑rotating shafts, is used upstream of hammer mills in scrap‑processing plants to coarsely and uniformly break down mixed, bulky scrap and end‑of‑life vehicles.
It is particularly employed to pre‑shred body‑shell bundles, light and collected scrap, making feeding easier and ensuring a uniform shredding process at the mill.
BRAVO is equipped with an original OVERSTROKE “OSD” tilting feed chute (patented), which increases productivity, improves the grip on particularly bulky materials, and prevents scrap from floating at the entrance of the shredding zone.
