INCLINED SHEARS

The scrap shear TR, with an open box and continuous feeding, are designed to process scrap efficiently and economically, increasing material density and making it furnace‑ready. With cutting forces up to 1,800 tons, they represent the ideal solution for large volumes of scrap from industrial demolition and production or rolling‑mill waste.

The scrap is loaded into the feeding box; the side flaps and the vertical pusher compress it until it is suitable for passing into the cutting area, where it slides by gravity, also thanks to the oscillating bottom. The cutting length varies according to the external stop. The entire system is mounted on a frame that houses the hydraulic power unit, the motor‑pumps and the electrical system, reducing overall footprint and eliminating the need for foundations.
The process is fully continuous and does not require any manual pre‑reduction; the operator intervenes solely for loading.
