Electronics are now playing a dominant role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partly a matter of fashion, partly of necessity: electronics are something you have to deal with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today it is possible to do without mechanical limit switches, the cause of so much machine downtime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stroke of the clamp and the shear, and the way they interact, can be controlled by lasers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lid cylinders can be monitored and managed by linear and\/or rotary encoders to prevent pressure surges and impact shocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the same way, lasers and proximity sensors \u201cbuilt into\u201d the cylinders can control the stroke of the feed cylinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transducers make it possible to replace mechanical pressure switches, manage pressures and temperatures, and monitor filter clogging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the operator panel you can adjust the working parameters and monitor the machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only through experience and years of work and testing is it possible to develop a proven operating program that optimises the machine\u2019s functions and work cycles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These programs are jealously guarded and protected by those who have had the ability and the know-how to study and develop them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the decision must be guided towards a machine with the features that allow it to last over time and to remain reliable over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A machine that adds value for you and for whoever buys it after you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You need to distinguish between what something costs and what it is worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right, carefully considered choice, even if a little more expensive at first, will pay for itself over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
