“BIBLO” THE SHEAR

The BIBLO shear is a medium-sized machine suitable to process different types of materials, in particular, it is suitable for the production of bales and sheared from aluminium scrap, sheet and profiles.. BS is a fixed shear machine with a 5 m compression box, 1 or 2 cylinders per cover, 1 cylinder on the shear, 1 main cylinder, on request it can be equipped with an operator cabin. The surfaces of the shear and of the box, in direct contact with the scrap, are made of thick anti-wear steel. The baler&shear works simply resting on the ground, it does not need foundations. The “L” shaped pre-compression system facilitates and speeds up scrap preparation and processing times. The baler&shear of this category, in addition to shearing, can produce bales that are ejected automatically.
